    I recently visited the Max store on Atlas Road in Sonipat and was quite impressed with their collection, particularly for kids and women’s apparel. The store is well-organized, with a payment counter located on the ground floor. Although there isn't a wheelchair ramp, they do provide a lift and a set of well-designed stairs, making it accessible. A water dispenser is available for convenience, and changing rooms are present on every floor. The parking facility in front of the showroom is ample and free, which adds to the convenience. While the staff was generally courteous, a bit of customer care training could enhance their service. Basic etiquette, like greeting customers warmly, would certainly improve the overall experience. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience. The variety and quality of items, especially the kids' shoes, were impressive. A good place to shop with a broad range of options.
