Had a great experience at the Max store. Special thanks to Rajesh for being extremely patient and helpful throughout my purchase. I used multiple gift cards during billing, and he handled the entire process very smoothly without any hesitation or rush. His professionalism and calm attitude genuinely made the experience much better. One thing I’d also recommend to other customers is to consider using gift cards/offers smartly and read the terms & conditions properly before purchasing — it can help save a good amount on the final bill. In my case, the original bill was around ₹8500, and using gift cards helped reduce the effective cost significantly. Really appreciate the customer service and effort from Rajesh. Staff like this make people want to come back again n thanks to the whole staff.
