    Thank you Mr Ansar, I had a credit note that had already expired, but thanks to Mr. Ansar from Max, Andheri West Infinity Mall (Team Leader), my issue was resolved smoothly within half an hour. He went out of his way to assist me, helped me redeem the credit note, and ensured my money didn't go to waste. His hospitality, professionalism, and polite approach truly stood out. Employees like him are a real asset to the company.
